Fundraising with Steve Lewis
Hello! My name is Steve Lewis, and I am a member of the Darrell K. Royal Research Fund for Alzheimer’s Disease. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Legacy Council to help raise awareness and money for Alzheimer’s research. I have seen the impact of this disease firsthand and would like to continue the fight in memory of my loving grandmother, Rosa Mae Kana. Please consider supporting this great cause and join us in helping fund research that will hopefully one day identify a cure for this disease. Thank you for your contribution.
I was born in Houston, Texas, living there until my high school years when I moved to Fredericksburg, Texas. Upon graduation, I went north of the Red River and attended the University of Oklahoma. I graduated in 2011 with a B.B.A. in Energy Management and moved back to Houston where I began my career as a landman in the oil and gas industry. In my free time, I enjoy fishing on Galveston Bay and splitting time between Sooner football and hunting in the fall. In addition to serving on the Legacy Council of the DKR Fund, I am an active member of the Houston Livestock and Rodeo, serving as a member of the Breeders Greeters Committee.
